關於 Eddy:
杜氏是一位熱心的專業心理輔導師，畢業於香港大學社會科學學院輔導碩士，曾修讀心理學及接受不同輔導訓練，包括認知行為治療、情緒導向治療、沙維雅成長模式、家庭治療、焦點解決治療、動機式訪談法、綜合調解等，靈活運用不同輔導學派的理念和技巧，按受輔者的處境和需要，提供專業家庭婚姻、人際關係、精神健康、個人成長、升學就業、性有關等輔導。為受輔者提供情緒支援，並協助案主發掘裡外資源解決問題。 杜氏為香港專業輔導協會會員，香港婚姻及家庭治療協會會員，婚前／婚後關係評估工具認證輔導師，提供婚前及婚後輔導，包括伴侶衝突、婚外情、離婚、性生活等。此外，杜氏積極透過靜觀推廣精神健康，經常為不同學校、老人院、非牟利機構等舉辦音樂靜觀課程及工作坊，提昇大眾自我覺察，培養非批判和自我關懷的態度。
About Eddy:
Eddy is a passionate professional psychological counsellor who holds a Master of Counselling degree from the University of Hong Kong and has received extensive training in Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Satir Growth Model, Family Therapies, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, General Mediation etc. He flexibly adopts various therapeutic approaches to meet clients’ needs to offer professional counselling for marriages, relationships, mental health, personal growth, academics/careers, sex-related issues, support them emotionally and explore their strengths and resources to resolve problems.
