What is Soulgood?
Our mission is to make psychotherapy more accessible, affordable, professional and immediate. Our platform offers unlimited text therapy and monthly video therapy. You can use Soulgood on your computer or smartphone (iOS or android), so you can receive psychotherapy anytime, anywhere!
Who are Soulgood's counselors?
Soulgood has one of the largest networks of mental health practitioners in Hong Kong. Our network includes clinical psychologists, counseling psychologists and counselors. All service providers hold bachelor’s or master’s degrees and have been verified and selected by the Soulgood platform.
What languages ​​does the platform have?
The platform is currently available in three languages: English and Cantonese and Mandarin. Of course, if you need a tutor in another language, you can contact us.
Who is suitable for the Soulgood platform?
Soulgood has one of the largest networks of mental health practitioners in Hong Kong. Our network includes clinical psychologists, counseling psychologists and counselors. All service providers hold bachelor’s or master’s degrees and have been verified and selected by the Soulgood platform. However, if you need emergency assistance, for example, if you have thoughts of harming yourself or others, Soulgood does not provide emergency services. What is the difference between a psychological counselor and a psychiatrist?

Counselors and psychiatrists often work together, but they each have different specialties:
A psychotherapist will understand your difficulties and difficulties and will design different psychotherapy treatments for you based on your problems. Psychotherapists include practitioners such as counselors and psychologists. Psychiatrists are licensed doctors who have completed psychiatric specialist training. They mainly treat different mental problems through medication.

Video tutoring

What is video tutoring?
Real-time video therapy allows you to have face-to-face counseling (or voice call) with your psychotherapist anytime, anywhere, regardless of time and location. The Soulgood platform has its own video coaching function, so there is no need to use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google meet, etc. The video coaching function uses end-to-end confidentiality technology to prevent your privacy from being leaked.How to conduct online tutoring? We recommend using Google Chrome for video coaching. You can also use other browsers such as Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Please make sure your connection is stable. Make sure you allow pop-ups and allow the browser to access your computer’s microphone and lens. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, please contact you customer service specialist
How to make an appointment for video tutoring?
You can make an appointment for video tutoring immediately on our platform! You will be able to see your counselor’s time slot and make an appointment there.
Can I cancel or reschedule tutoring?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the fee will not be refunded
