I am a professional counselor with extensive experience and hold a Masters in Counseling. My areas of expertise include emotional issues, depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions, workplace counseling, work environment and coworker relationships, managing stress, and couples counseling. I specialize in narrative therapy, an approach that empowers individuals, couples, and professionals by exploring and rewriting life narratives. This transformative practice believes in separating people from their problems, allowing for a rich exploration of personal values, beliefs and skills that can be used to cope with life’s challenges. I create a safe, confidential space for clients to discover and leverage their inner strengths.
Narrative therapy encourages you to become the author of your own story and see life through a perspective of empowerment and possibility. As Carl Rogers said, “The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” This ethos is at the core of my practice as I guide clients toward a life that is not A life defined not by their struggles, but by their ability to overcome them.
Join me on a journey to explore the narratives that shape your world, challenge them, and rewrite the script of your life with intention and purpose. Together we can create a story of hope that paves the way for the future, allowing you to be the owner of your own story.
