Mr. Edward Li pursued a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, where he specialised in and applied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychoanalysis, and Play Therapy. After obtaining his professional qualifications, he continued to enrich his repertoire of psychological therapies and counseling methods through ongoing learning, including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. His goal is to tailor psychological support to each client, fostering new insights and thought patterns. This process begins with self-awareness, restructuring thoughts and the unconsciousness, acting on thoughts, accepting emotions and past experiences, and cultivating self-affirmation and care to achieve peace of mind.
Since 2018, Mr. Li has provided individual and group psychological services to adults and youth in various private and public institutions. He has also actively engaged in psychoeducational work, including serving as a lecturer at tertiary institutions, conducting corporate training courses, delivering workplace employee training, hosting public insomnia and parenting seminars, leading school-based groups for students and parenting workshops, and writing parenting education columns. His mission is to reduce psychosocial risks for individuals and society while enhancing psychological resilience and overall well-being.
