Introduction

Eva graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University with a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling (Merit). She is currently a Candidate for Certified Counsellor of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association and is also a Certified Career Services Provider of National Career Development Association. In recent years, she has been providing emotional support services and has completed certified courses in positive coaching and career development facilitation. In her past counselling practice experience, Eva has worked with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, university/college students, and adults, helping them deal with anxiety, work pressure and interpersonal relationships, as well as find out the source of depressive mood and explore the values in life. She is experienced in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), positive psychology, and the narrative approach. With substantial working experience in fast-paced, multicultural organizations, Eva experienced all kinds of conflicts, helplessness and contradictions in the workplace. She understands the challenges and stress faced by working professionals of difference ages in both their work and personal lives. She is dedicated to helping clients through professional counselling by providing emotional support, facilitating self-exploration, and fostering personal growth and development.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours degree from the University of British Columbia, Eva has been working in financial control and reporting for over 20 years as a Certified Public Accountant. Her professional experience includes accounting and finance roles at a Big Four accounting firm, global financial institutions, an international law firm and a university.
