Introduction

With eight years of experience in psychological counselling, have worked with clients across different life stages, from children to older adults. I specialise in supporting children, adolescents, and their families, as well as young adults, women, and caregivers in maintaining emotional well-being. My expertise includes addressing emotional distress, identity formation, family dynamics, childhood trauma, interpersonal relationships, special educational needs, and work-related stress.
Grounded in traditional counselling techniques and psychological theories, I integrate diverse therapeutic approaches such as guided imagery, visual arts, music, drama, body movement, and creative writing. Through these interventions, I help clients enhance self-awareness, identify core issues, transform emotions, and achieve personal growth—empowering them with the motivation and skills to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
