Introduction

Jessica Mo is a counseling psychologist who specializes in psychotherapy for children, teenagers, and adults. She is dedicated to helping individuals heal and create their own life narratives. Jessica supports clients who have experienced trauma related to physical and emotional abandonment, sexual abuse, betrayal, and bullying. She assists clients in navigating through anxiety, depression, anger, hopelessness, shame, and self-hatred.
