Renee is a Counseling Psychologist. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of mental health issues including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, stress, childhood trauma and complex trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, career counseling, marital relationships, parenting issues, work stress, substance abuse, gambling problems, personal growth, cultural adaptation, and more. Clinical work experience spans school counseling, non-profit organizations and private practice.
Renee is also a certified PREPARE-ENRICH Facilitator for pre-marital and post-marital counseling, with expertise in relationship counseling.
Her therapeutic strategies include Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, Career Counseling, and Client-Centered Therapy. There will always be different challenges on the road of life. She believes that everyone has certain inner resources, and everyone’s inner resources are unique to him. When facing challenges, various feelings such as hesitation, helplessness, panic, emptiness, and confusion will make people lose sight of their own unique resources, causing them to get lost on the road, lose motivation, and even deny themselves. During the counseling process, retrieving inner resources can help clients recognize and accept their true selves, allowing clients to undergo transformation, discover new ways to walk through the foggy valley, regain mental toughness, and find a new life from them. Meaning, a new identity, living your true self.
