I’ve already had a few sessions with Trista, and I always enjoy them immensely. She is attentive, a great listener, and also a skilled educator. Trista provides guidance, helping me to self-discover my feelings and thought processes. Through her assistance, I’ve come to recognise that many of my actions and responses are deeply rooted in my childhood, leading to numerous “AHA” moments as I finally realise the correlation. Highly recommend her💪🏼✨
