How It Works

Choose Your Therapist

Choose the right therapist on the platform. If you don’t know which therapist to choose, you can contact our customer support team!

The Soulgood platform has over 80 experts and can treat a wide range of conditions!

Choose A Date And Time

Choose the date and time that you would like to arrange your session on.

Face to Face or Online Video Session

You may choose either face to face session or online video session.

Counselling Centre Address: Unit 7A, Pico Tower, 66 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (three minutes walk from Wan Chai MTR)

Payment Methods

You may settle the payment with Visa, MasterCard or Apple Pay.

If you would like to choose other payment methods (FPS, AliPay, PayMe), please contact our staff.

Due to the therapist’s work schedule and to reduce no-shows, we require payment in advance to confirm the appointment.

Booking Confirmation

After payment, the booking is confirmed! Details will be sent to the email and phone number you provided (via WhatsApp).

We will send you an appointment reminder before tutoring!

On The Day

If you have made an appointment for online counselling, please click the video link in the message to join the video (please remember to allow access to your computer’s microphone and camera).

If you have made an appointment for face-to-face counseling, please come to our Wan Chai Counseling Center!
