Introduction

Cathleen has extensive experience specializing in depression, anxiety, confidence building, emotion management, relationship repair, family improvement, career planning, work stress, team management and cultural adaptation. She pays special attention to the growth and development of teenagers, helping them make breakthroughs in aspects such as academic pressure, social difficulties, and self-awareness.

Cathleen specializes in humanistic psychology, narrative therapy, life coaching, mindfulness-based and family therapy. She is a professional mindfulness trainer with extensive experience in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and mindfulness-based self-compassion (MSC) for adolescents and adults. She is also trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).

As an ICF globally certified workplace coach, Cathleen supports employees of well-known companies to realize their potential and achieve their goals. She believes that everyone has the potential to live a joyful life, but it requires inner exploration and courage and confidence to face challenges.
